Philadelphia city's Electronic Suggestion Box

Wow, no half measures here. Philadelphia's Mayor Michael Nutter announced yesterday that the city has launched " , which is designed to give people an opportunity to make suggestions. An algorithm will be used to connect those making the suggestions to city officials and independent projects that are already up and running." We'll have a poke around the site and see if there are any new innovations to learn from the freshly opened
Electronic Suggestion Box and share them on this blog.

Philadelphia's move follows Wisconsin's move earlier this month to get more ideas from citizens via an online suggestion boxes:

"We wanted an online suggestion box that's easy to run and Vetter fits the bill"
