2. Set up a suggestion box at your facility, an online suggestion box is best. Then encourage employees to offer up suggestions. You never know what kind of intrapreneur you could unearth.
3. Make sure everyone knows its OK to fail, as Benjamin Franklin said "Do not fear mistakes. You will know failure. Continue to reach out."
