Employee-management communication needs to improve - SHRM survey

HR expert Colleen Coates, writing for the Winnipeg Free Press regarding the recently published SHRM 2011 Employee Job Satisfaction and Engagement notes that:

"54 per cent of respondents said that the aspect of the work experience that was most lacking was communication between employees and management"
