How does the 30-day free trial work?
A few days before the end of your 30 day free trial,
we'll send you an email asking if you want to continue
with your plan and we'll include a link to a secure page
on our site where you can pay.
Can I choose how long I'd like to sign up for, 1 month, 6 months, 12 months etc. ?
Yes, you can. You can pay each month, or pay up front for 6,12 or 18 months and get a discount.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We also accept payment by bank/wire transfer.
Are there per-user fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. For
example, the Start-up plan is $29/month for up to 50 users.
That means you pay $29/month total no matter how many
users you have as long as it’s 50 or less.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep. Simply shoot us an email and we'll change it for you.
Are my ideas secure?
Ideas from employees at your company and your payment information
are encrypted using SSL, and stored in a secure-cloud based server,
so your ideas are kept private to you and your team members.
What web browsers work with Vetter?
Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9 and Firefox 3 + Safari 4 + Chrome 4 (and higher).
