Idea Suggestion System - success / Lamborghini police cars!

The government of Dubai recently announced that it's idea suggestion system has received almost 30,000 suggestions since May 2011.

The ideas were taken in across 26 departments of the government. Speaking at the Dubai Gov't Unified Suggestion System Forum, the Head of the Dubai Executive Council said: "A team from the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Dubai developed the suggestions system to contribute to creating the positive transformation we all aspire to in order to maintain Dubai's prestigious position, and continuously advance government services by catering to customers".

I wonder was Lamborghini police cars one of the suggestions?!
