Staff suggestion scheme success at BoV

Malta's oldest financial institution, the Bank of Valletta, presented its annual awards for its Staff Suggestion Scheme last week. The bank reported that a record 1,703 suggestions were put forward on such topics as improving customer service and operational efficiency.

The COO, Michael Galea commented that "We consider the bank’s human resources to be our most valuable asset and we are delighted to note the high level of participation in the Staff Suggestion Scheme". Well done we say! Read more here
