Microsoft builds a suggestion box app into its Windows Phones

Microsoft have announced that new Windows based phones will now come with a suggestion box app pre-installed. Users can suggest improvements to the Windows platform and vote for others' ideas.

This is a clever move from the company as when are you most likely to think of new ways to improve the phone or discover stuff that doesn't work so well and needs fixing? Answer - when you're using the phone of course.
